Webic ("we", "us") is a web design studio based in Mankato, Minnesota. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you, and we never sell it.

Information you give us

When you fill out the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, business name or website, and your message. We use this information for one purpose: responding to your enquiry, preparing your free website audit, and working with you if you become a client.

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes the submission on our behalf. Messages typed into the chat assistant on this site are answered locally in your browser and are not stored or sent anywhere.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Netlify, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate and secure the service. We may also use analytics tools — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. These tools may set cookies in your browser; you can block or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings and the site will still work.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We never add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
• We never share your details with anyone except the service providers named above, and only so this site can function.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request or maintain our client relationship. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask.

Your choices
